This Cookie Policy explains how Popify uses cookies and similar technologies on the website at popify.app, including the help centre at popify.app/help/, in the Popify dashboard at app.popify.app, and in the popups Popify shows on merchants’ online stores.
1. Who we are

2. Cookies on this website
This website does not set any cookies, and it does not use advertising, remarketing or analytics cookies. Because no cookies are set, there is no cookie banner and nothing to accept, refuse or withdraw.
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which protects it against abuse and counts visits in aggregate without cookies. In rare cases, for example when Cloudflare checks whether a visitor is a bot, Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie (such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance). These cookies are used only for security and are not used to identify you or track you across websites.
3. Forms
When you send a message through our contact page, we receive the details you enter together with your browser and device type, as shown on the form. No cookie is used for this. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. The Popify dashboard
The dashboard at app.popify.app sets one necessary cookie, ci_session, which keeps you signed in and expires after 24 hours. It does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set the security cookies described above. The dashboard loads fonts, icons, and script libraries from content delivery networks, and some pages embed tutorial videos from YouTube, which may set its own cookies when a video is played.
5. Popups on merchants’ stores
When a merchant uses Popify, the Popify script on that merchant’s store sets the following first-party cookies and browser storage entries in the visitor’s browser. They are used only to show the merchant’s popups correctly.

The script also loads fonts from Google Fonts and script libraries from content delivery networks. The merchant is responsible for informing its visitors about these cookies. More detail is in our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Agreement.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
You can delete cookies and block them in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the strictly necessary security cookies described above may prevent the website from loading when a security check is required.
