What are web push notifications?
Web push notifications are short, alert-style messages sent to a visitor through their desktop or mobile browser. On desktop they slide in near a corner of the screen. Popify uses them to recover abandoned carts: a few minutes after a visitor leaves items in their cart, Popify sends a reminder to bring them back.
Why use web push notifications?
Push notifications are a fast, direct way to reach your store visitors, even after they have left your site. They can carry reminders, personalized offers and news, and prompt a visitor to return and complete a purchase.
Abandoned cart recovery with Popify
When a visitor adds products to their cart and leaves without buying, Popify can send them a push notification reminder a few minutes later.
